Casa Consistorial. Inmueble construido entre 1.705 y 1.709, reinando Felipe V, como reza en una inscripción de la fachada. Servía para albergar las dependencias administrativas y de control de las actividades económicas de la Isla. Tal uso se mantuvo hasta la segunda mitad del siglo XIX, cuando se instalan dependencias del Juzgado de Partido. Su fachada, renovada, sufrió aportes en etapas contemporáneas como el parapeto y el frontón ciego que rematan el edificio.
